Book Review: Fall with SweetGeorgia Yarns

I'm probably somewhat biased as I share this review of the latest offering of garments and accessories from SweetGeorgia Yarns because I'm lucky enough to have my own design in the collection this time around, but all that aside - this pack of perfection is just that: Perfect!

Seduced by Sweaters

Because I'm all about wanting to knit ALL THE SWEATERS right now, I have to share my absolute favorite from the collection. And how psyched am I that I can actually knit and wear something this wooly now that I live in a place with an actual winter? SO EXCITED! The Galatea by Tabetha Hedrick is my bag, baby! The worsted weight in Cocoa is classic, and would knit up nice and cozy. I think I'll make on in every color, right?! And I feel like this style would be amazing on a huge range of body types. That collar?! Come. On!

There are 3 other sweaters in this collection, both in solids and variegated, with and without cables. Speaking of cables... check this out! The Amara by Linda Marveng? It's MARV-elous! See what I did there?

Wrap Yourself in Luxury

There are, of course, shawls, and scarves and cowls, oh my! The one that steals the show, for me, as a brioche-aholic, is Adamelo by Kristen TenDyke. Not only is the color perfect for fall, but the scale of it is just cuddle-worthy. Seriously - don't you just want to be wherever this model is wearing exactly what she's wearing? Me, me! I do!

Oh, and I forgot to mention the mitts! These cutie patooties look so ridiculously soft. They pretty much scream to be wrapped around a coffee mug, or holding the next great novel: Vignette fingerless mitts by Meg Roke. Just wow. They colors are pretty dreamy, too! Apricot and silver? I can't even!

Top it all off!

Ok, and I totally saved the best for last. As I said, I'm 100% biased in sharing this but I'm so excited to see this beanie come to fruition. The Dapple hat (by ME!) features a new colorway, Hemlock, in the Superwash Sport based and is pretty much my favorite hat ever. It's simplicity lets the yarn shine, but is so comfortable I never want to take it off!
